Renpure Organics uses only the finest ingredients that have been extensively researched by experts around the world and are generally regarded as safe and effective. Whenever possible, we always use ingredients that are 100% Organic or are directly traceable to a natural source. As an example, our Cocamidopropyl Betaine is made from the highest purity Coconut Oil.

Yes, all of our packaging is recyclable. We strive to make products that are in line with nature, believing in a forward moving effort to make less of an impact on our beautiful planet.

5. Are your products safe to use on chemically treated hair?
All Renpure formulations use the latest technology to do their best job at cleaning and conditioning the hair without damaging the hair cuticle. The result is hair that is repaired from the damage caused by chemical treatments while protecting the integrity of the treatment.

RENPURE is really TWO words. REN is from Confucius and it defines the highest level of honesty. Pure is exactly what it says. We strive to make the purest formulations we can develop.

They all have started as concepts created by the Redmond family and their creative team. Before any product makes it to the consumer, it has been thoroughly researched, physically tested, performance evaluated, scrutinized for ingredient integrity and personally approved by the Redmonds.

Renpure Organics put their ingredients and technology through a more thorough evaluation process to ensure that our philosophy of renewable resources, “will not use” chemicals, and performance criteria is met. We set a higher bar for ourselves, and our customers by adhering to our strict Organic guidelines.

11. What makes Renpure Organics Products different from other organic hair care products?
All companies have the same portfolio of ingredients available to them to develop products. The difference is that it’s not what’s in the bottle but what’s in our hearts that set us apart. Renpure is not a gigantic in personal product machine. We are a family owned and operated company that believes in our products and our philosophies. We do not launch any products unless we are totally satisfied with the performance, ingredients, safety and message. If the Redmond’s don’t absolutely love the products, we would never expose our customers to them.

12. Are your products safe to use on children/babies?
Yes, of course! All of our products are safe to use on all members of the family. Afterall, it is made by our family to help you protect yours!

13. Are your products Gluten-Free?
We are currently in the process of making all of our products gluten-free. Please check the ingredients panel on the product page to see if the specific product you are interested in contains wheat.

14. Renpure products claim to be Natural and Organic, yet they contain preservatives… why?
All living things are preserved in one way or another. We protect ourselves against infection and disease, plants have built in mechanisms protecting them from mold and other micro-organisms and we must protect our products. However, we take the same approach that Mother Nature uses, we use the absolute minimum amount to get the job done without any negative effects being felt by our customers.

15. I noticed an alcohol being used in my Renpure Moisturizing Conditioner, won’t this dry out my hair?
Alcohols, as a general class of chemicals, is anything that has an available hydroxyl group (-OH) hanging off the molecule. The size and geometry of the molecule dictates the functionality. The very short carbon chain lengths, methanol (1 carbon), ethanol (2 carbons), propanol (3 carbons), isopropanol (3 carbons branched) tend to be more volatile. The alcohols being used in the Renpure products are long chain "fatty alcohols". These materials are cetyl alcohol (16 carbons), cetearyl alcohol (16 to 18 carbons) and stearyl alcohol (18 carbons), are not volatile, are solids at room temperature and are not even watersoluble. They are used in formulations to help form the emulsion, and being waxes tend to add conditioning to skin and hair plus they help to build thickness into the formula.

16. Since switching to Renpure products, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the number of hairs in the drain, how do you do that?
Renpure uses a unique and exclusive blend of surfactants to clean the hair. These ingredients not only foam to remove debris, but also act as emulsifiers to more gently remove oils, resulting in a reduction in the amount of friction the exposed to. This is important because the older the hair is or if the hair is chemically treated, it is more brittle. Therefore, because of this diminished friction effect, the consumer breaks less hairs as the products are applied.
